Refund Policy

At Bare Ice Cream, we take great pride in the quality of our products and the care we take in packing and delivering them. Due to the perishable nature of our ice cream, we do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect ordering. However, your satisfaction matters deeply to us, and we’re here to help if something goes wrong.

1. No Change of Mind Refunds

As our products are perishable, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind once an order has been confirmed and dispatched.

Please double-check your order and delivery details before completing your purchase.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Melted or spoiled (due to courier error or late delivery outside the promised window)

  • Missing items

  • Incorrect items

Please get in touch within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Include your order number and clear photos of the issue to help us assess and resolve it quickly.

If the issue is confirmed, we may offer:

  • A replacement on our next delivery run

  • A store credit

  • A partial or full refund (in certain cases)

3. Delivery Responsibility

We deliver within selected areas and do our best to keep your order frozen and safe. However:

  • Once delivery is completed and left as instructed (or if no one is home), we are not responsible for products left unattended for extended periods.

  • It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the order or to communicate alternative arrangements in advance.

4. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method. Please allow up to 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
