  • All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST (if applicable).

  • Orders must be paid in full at checkout. We accept major payment methods via secure third-party processors (Stripe).

  • Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Please check this carefully to ensure all details are correct.

2. delivery and pick-up

  • We currently deliver to selected areas. Check your postcode at checkout or contact us for confirmation.

  • Delivery times are approximate. While we do our best to stick to scheduled windows, delays can happen.

  • It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive frozen deliveries or that you’ve made an alternative arrangement.

3. Refunds & Cancellations

  • Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not offer refunds for change of mind or missed deliveries.

  • If there is an issue with your order (e.g., damaged, incorrect, or missing items), please contact us within 24 hours of delivery, and we’ll do our best to resolve it. Email us at info@bareicecream.com.au or message us directly on Instagram.

4. Product Information & Allergens

  • We use natural, whole food ingredients and list them clearly on our packaging and website. However, cross-contamination may occur, and we cannot guarantee our products are free from traces of allergens (including dairy, eggs, or nuts).
