Why Jersey?
Why raw honey?
Why organic cocoa?
Known for their rich, golden milk, Jersey dairy is naturally higher in healthy fats and fat-soluble vitamins.
It is not only creamier - it’s often easier on digestion, especially when left in its natural state (unhomogenised).
Instead of refined sugar, we sweeten with raw organic honey - straight from nature, never heat-processed.
Raw honey is prebiotic-rich, meaning it can help nourish the good bacteria in your gut. It is also full of natural enzymes, antioxidants, and anti-inflammatory compounds.
We use certified organic cocoa that’s minimally processed and rich in polyphenols - powerful plant compounds that support everything from brain function to gut health.
No bitterness, no fillers, no fake chocolate flavour - just deep, earthy richness!

A2 milk powder
When we need to enrich our mix, we reach for A2 Milk Powder - made from cows that only produce the A2 protein. Easier on the gut, often gentler on sensitive tummies.

Vanilla extract
Our pure vanilla extract is made without sugar, artificial flavours, or syrups.

Why Egg YOLK?
We use egg yolks as a natural emulsifier to create a rich, creamy texture without the need for additives or stabilisers. Gently cooked into a custard base - what makes it authentically French - they also provide a natural source of protein, iron, and essential vitamins.
