We currently offer delivery to selected areas within Sydney, Australia.
You will be notified at checkout if we do not service your location.
Orders are typically delivered on set delivery days, which will be communicated to you via text message.
Delivery fees will be clearly stated at checkout. Occasionally, we may offer promotions such as free delivery for orders above a certain threshold.
Our ice cream is packed with care to remain frozen during transit. However, we recommend transferring it to your freezer immediately upon delivery. We do not take responsibility for items left out for extended periods after delivery.

We aim to deliver to you within 3-5 business days, depending on your location and our delivery schedule. Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery during the expected delivery window sent to you via text message. If you have not responded to the text or communicated to us that no one is home, the order will be left at the door.
